A Grey Wagtail was again in the Botanic Gardens, Cambridge, on the limestone rockery next to the water; perfect Grey Wagtail habitat. Two also went over Cambridge near to the station. A Migrant Hawker and a few Common Darters were also seen enjoying the late autumn sunshine.
Shepreth L-moor’s only bird of note in the evening was also a wagtail: Pied Wagtail, for some reason unusual at this site.
