Excellent afternoon at Minsmere. Found a Firecrest, and saw the reported Caspian Gull and Glossy Ibis. Caspian Gull was a 2nd summer, and everything fitted well, apart from the overall structure which I thought slightly atypical.
Crap photos taken of all the birds. The Firecrest is not too terrible and was close, but moved constantly. The other two were very distant.
Also took a few better pictures of Black-headed Gulls and a Pheasant…
