Fowlmere

Quick early morning visit. Not a lot apart from 100+ flocks of Goldfinches and mixed Thrushes (Redwing, Fieldfare, Mistle Thrush, and Song Thrush). Plus some nice cobwebs…

Wimpole Ravens

Went for a midday walk with Michelle to Wimpole. Year ticked Nuthatch(!), my first since my Birthday 2013 at Lamorna Cove in Cornwall! Two Ravens seen from the top of the hill were a Cambridgeshire tick.

Fowlmere

A very quick walk to the hide on a sunny November lunchtime. Several Common Darters were still on the wing and about thirty Golden Plovers flew over the southern fields.
